It integrates smoothly with our online account system to make all kinds of tasks and requests easier. From scheduling a propane delivery to checking and paying account balances—even checking service records.
It’s easy to get started, too! All you need is your existing Pico Propane account number, which is located on your latest invoice. Once you have that, simply search for Fuel Genie in the Apple App Store or Google Play, and download the easy-to-use app. It lets you order propane, pay bills and more on the go, right from your phone, tablet, or smart device.
The customer portal and Fuel Genie app are just the newest ways we’ve developed to help you streamline your to-do list, eliminate paper clutter, and reduce stress. It goes hand-in-hand with other great services and benefits we offer, like budget-friendly payment options that help you manage costs, installation and maintenance services, and more!
